My Philosophy is simple: Learn who the players is, what they really want, and help them to get it.
Currently a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Certified Instructor and former PGA "recognized" Instructor and Director of Instruction for one of Americas Top 25 Golf Schools (Golf Magazine May 1999).
I have worked at several world class golf facilities including Troon North (Scottsdale, AZ), Keystone Ranch (Summit County, CO), Wildfire at Desert Ridge (Scottsdale, AZ), The Mission Inn (Orlando, FL), The Bardmoor (Tampa, FL), Carlton Oaks (San Diego, CA), The Reserve at Thunder Hill (Cleveland, Ohio), and Pine Barrens (New Jersey).
I have studied Neuro-linguistic Programing and Psychological Profiling to ensure that I teach effectively and that I understand my students natural learning styles and needs. I have also studied Mental Coaching Processes to ensure every player understands how to compete and reach their goals.
Over 20 years ago (before the mobile electronic revolution), I developed a software matrix that allowed code writers to build "smart" programs that can automate golf instruction. Using motion capture systems, sensors can measure motion as small as 1/10th of a millimeter. My software matrix was developed to trigger "red flags" throughout the swing when the club was outside of position (+/- a certain tolerance) that enabled the AI to learn and respond to the data. This system is still used today in products like K Vest and others.
I have been involved in a lifetime of learning (and teaching) all elements of the sport specifically in the mental, physical and advanced technologies as it relates to golf.
